1. Create an account
You can register directly or log in with Steam, Email or Discord. Enter promo code DEPOSITBONUS to claim your free cases. For extra safety, turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings.
2. How to deposit skins on CSGOGem
Here is how to deposit skins: CSGOGem accepts CS2 (CS:GO) skins through Instant Skin Deposits. If you searched "how to deposit skins CSGOGem", these are the steps:
- Open the deposit page and select Instant Skin Deposits.
- Choose the CS2 skin you want to deposit and confirm the selection.
- Accept the trade offer on Steam to complete the deposit.
Before your first deposit, make sure Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator has been active for at least 7 days and your inventory is public. Otherwise Steam can hold the trade.
Other ways to add funds
Besides skins, CSGOGem supports other deposit methods shown in the cashier, including gift cards through Kinguin. When paying in Swedish kronor, the payment provider may add a currency conversion fee.
3. CSGOGem skins: open, battle or upgrade
Once your balance is funded you can open cases, join Case Battles or use your CSGOGem skins in the Upgrader to aim for a higher-value item. Every case shows its items and odds before you open it. See CSGOGem games.
4. How to withdraw from CSGOGem
Withdrawals are made from the withdraw page on csgogem.com. Choose a withdrawal method, follow the steps on screen and, for skins, accept the trade offer in Steam. Check the item carefully before you accept. If you save a withdrawal address, double-check it, since a wrong address cannot be reversed.
5. Steam trade holds
Steam can hold or reverse trades. It holds trades if you have not used the Mobile Authenticator for 7 days or recently changed your password, and recently received items cannot be traded on straight away. These rules come from Valve, not CSGOGem.
6. Keep your account safe
- Turn on two-factor authentication on CSGOGem and Steam Guard on Steam.
- Only sign in on csgogem.com. Check the address bar every time.
- Never share your Steam login, API key or Discord token.
